I have found a way of dealing with my spine problems that works very well with me.

This is not advise for people with spine problems of serious medical nature but for those individuals that have occasional problems with their spines, minor dislocations; problems that disappear anyway after a few days. Medical statsicts show that less than 5% of people with spine problems actually need an operation.

When my back "goes out", I grab two heavy objects, one in each hand, strech my arms wide and move the objects alternatively to and fro. This way there is minimum movement in the spine, so you can't hurt the spine, but the mussels are contracting and usaually force the spine back into shape. I don't take pain relievers when I have spine problems because I believe that you shut down your body's warning system and that can lead to more injury.

I have huge sucess with this method and want to share it with others.
