Fluids are substances which are capable of flowing and which conform to the shape of containing vessels.
Liquid fluids are practically incompressible whereas gases are compressible.
Liquids have free surfaces whereas gases expand until it occupies the vessel.
The Bernoulli theorem is demonstrated with this animation.
